The problem was always the last mile

In 2023, our founder was running a mid-size Shopify brand doing $3M GMV. They had Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, and a spreadsheet their operations manager updated every Sunday. They had data everywhere.

But every week, the same question went unanswered: what should I actually do today? The dashboards showed what had happened. They offered no guidance on what to do next.

After a stock-out in Q4 that cost $18,000 in lost sales - caught too late, despite the data existing to predict it - it became clear the tools weren't designed to prevent problems. They were designed to document them.

We started building CONDUCTED to close that gap: a system that connects the data signals to specific, ranked, actionable decisions - and makes them available to any Shopify founder, not just the ones who can afford a data team.
